You need the following to mount the unit and have a shaft on it;

Qty 2 - 2.6 mm x 6 mm machine screw w/ countersunk head (to attach to enclosure)
Qty 1 - 2.6 mm x 16 mm machine screw (to attach shaft)
Qty 1 - 1/4" diameter x 1/2" length nylon spacer (for shaft)
